Best year in the company’s history
With unit sales totaling 1,223,506, the Audi Group reports the best financial year in its history. The company increased it sales revenue by 1.7 percent to EUR 34.2 billion in 2008 and posted a profit before tax of EUR 3.2 billion. This represents yet another record year for Audi in 2008, making it one of the world’s most successful premium brands on the international car market.
